I placed order from Fancx cake yesterday, she discussed all details with me including delivery arrangement and confirm the order. She said she will send email to me today afternoon which confirm the order details and when and where can I pick up the cake.
However, I haven't receive the email around 4:00 pm and I called her again, she seems in hurry and will call me later. Just received a call from her and she said she is sorry since couldn't make a cake for me since the shop is very busy in the coming week, and ask me to find another shop to place order. I am very angry and now I need to find other shop to make a cake to my BB.
