我第一次食排卵藥, 到suppose 月經日(上星期四)check 到 bingo, 第二天即去驗血conifrm, 驗血報告未出，只開心了三天，星期日流血，即入急証，再驗血-ve，醫生話我根本沒bingo. 幾小時後m come. 很傷心。到昨天收到friday報告, hcg 只有11，遠比正常低，醫生說我是bingo了，但很快bb沒有再生長，我問醫生這算不算是小產，他說technically YES, 我這種叫bio-chemical pregnancy, 有沒有人有同樣經歷？如你們bingo了，hcg值是多少？

My HCG increased from 3xx to 9xx in 3 days after I found BINGO in Day 27, but the baby stop growing in week 8 and no heartbeat found. I have done operation 2 weeks ago and need to recover my body for at least 3 months.

For your case, the egg and sperm are not good genetically and you can do nothing to keep it. Don't mind if I say it but I think you are lucky that you find out in such an early stage, you can treat it as normal M and you can immediately try again next period. The harm to your body is the minimal. Don't give it and 再接再厉!

我今次小產都如你所說的bio-chemical pregancy, 指數很低...由81跌下,跟住33.8又升番53.8,然後又跌到41,之後再驗就冇事了....你唔好唔開心

我第一次食排卵藥都係咁呀，我係30日一個cycle的，咁我咪33日先至自己check，點知bingo，跟住咁我個dr.叫我去覆診，佢都係話我bingo，(我仲feel到自己既身體有所變化，例:乳房脹)，點知到左35日就有血流，咁我咪好驚自己係好似上次咁小產，所以即刻睇dr.，佢同我再check就沒bingo了，佢都同你一樣講係bio-chemical pregancy，所以叫我唔好唔開心，但我真係勁唔開心囉....

係呀, 可以咁講, 所以其實好多人, 連自己中過都唔會知...
如果一驗到時個驗血指數係得雙位數, 其實個胎都係好weak.
就算過到頭幾個星期, 都好多人會在頭三個月小產, 但喱個問題我哋係冇嘢可以做到架, 因喱個係個胎自己發育出咗問題, 自己停止發育.
依家如果係自然流失咗, 都仲好d, 唔會傷身, 如要做手術, 就仲唔好.
唔好太傷心, 要知道如果個胎有問題, 早d走對大家都好...
依家起碼知道, 妳同妳先生係可以成功懷孕, 妳要加陪努力呀.

The definition of a biochemical pregnancy is a pregnancy thatstops growing before it is large enough to be seen on ultrasound. It’sa very early miscarriage. The causes are the same as for anymiscarriage. By far, the most common reason is that the embryo isgenetically abnormal, that is it doesn’t have the right number ofchromosomes. And although it has the tools to grow for a while, as theembryo grows and needs to become more complex, the tools run out andthe embryo can grow no more. 想問下大家如果第4-5週小x左, 係好似m咁自然流出, 咁下個月既m係唔係會遲d架?

因為我4月時小x左, 而家都未黎m, 今日day 37架la

Yes, Dr. said it will come around 4-8 weeks after last discharge. Don't worry!

So if can't c the sac under ultrasound, must not =宮外孕,
may be bio-chemical pregnancy?????

How can I differentiate these 2 lei????? Both of them can't c sac under ultrasound woh!!!!!!!

我估兩者有很不同的hcg值，bio-chemical pregnancy的hcg是很低的。我一入急証醫生就話可能是小x or 宮外孕。她幫我照internal ultra-sound, 什麼也看不到。叫我明天照詳細的ultra-sound看看是否宮外孕。但後來驗血報告出，hcg=2 (not preg)，醫生便排除了宮外孕的可能性，叫我詳細的ultra-sound都不用照。所以宮外孕的hcg仍是正常，但bio-chemical pregnancy的hcg就很低。

No ah! But after 2nd m come, I drank lots of 花膠湯 &
milk. One of my friends also miscarriage when B is 6 weeks old. She is now bingo again! She also drank lots of 花膠湯 & milk. Our cycle become shorten , both of us around 26 - 28 days, not sure whether the soup or milk helps or not!!! But at least not harm la!

But when I asked specialist, she said there is no cut off pt. of HCG for bio-chemical pregnancy woh!!!! That's means even with higher HCG, may be still have chance of Bio-chemical pregnancy. Aiya!!! So which one is correct lei, confuse tim!!!!

我同你case真係好似，我都feel到自己既身體有所變化，你幾時開始食排卵藥呀，而之後幾個cycle仲有沒有中過？我好擔心之後再中都會是這樣，唔知同食排卵藥有沒有關係？
