i'm the beginner in baking cake. Can i ask some questions?
1. 低筋粉即係plain flour, i find "flour" only on the package, does it mean plain flour? it is for making cake?
2. What is 高筋粉 in Englis ...
Slove,
1. it's the same if the package only say "flour" it equal "plain flour".
2. 高筋粉say "Strong White flour", maybe sometime say different name. The best method is you see at the back of package, they alway tell you it's suitable to make what product, if they say it's suitable to make bread, it must be 高筋粉.
3. Actually, I always follow the recipe to prepare things, if you want to know what basic tools you need to prepare, I think you need to buy a mixer, mixing bowls, 刮刀,焗盆, 量杯,磅,粉篩...once you start to make, you will know what you miss, and then you will go to buy next time la...Wish you enjoy to make cake...hehe
