Last weekend, I just packed up my winter sweaters and jumpers into a plastic bag and ready to take out for laundry.
Just now, when I checked my clothes, I found that she washed my sweaters and jumpers with the washing machine (I didn't ask her to wash these clothes)!!! Most of them are lamb wool and not washable (dry clean only). Of course, few had already shrinked like kid's clothes.
I just wanted to scold her, but she had already slept like a pig (snore very loud, can hear even the door is closed, luckily my son is not sleeping with her :-x )
I would complain to the agent tomorrow and give her a big lesson.
Still looking for a replacement. I hope this one will leave us soon .
For handling clothes, I will set guidelines for my maid to follow and for your case, I would suggest you ask her why, and whatever the reasons she told you, put all the reasons she stated on a piece of paper for her to sign. Take photos of the damaged clothes and send it to the agent for records. Of course, you may ask her to pay for the damage. Most of all, you consider terminating the contract and the above are just my suggestions for you!!
I share your feelings but maids are always like this!!!!when anything turn out wrong, they wont tell you but find ways to cover it.
