they have a branch on Taipo, i am thinking of checking it out too... need to lose quite a few pounds too...

yeah, i called them up and they say the class times are pretty free and it's $100 a class and have to pay for 4 classes, the guy is very nice he said we as a starter don't have to buy anything apart from the bandage that is use to wrap our hands in in case we hurt ourselves. I am interested!!
