correct, same procedure and form as you first immigrated to Canada. Check how many years you become non resident in irder to know you qualification if goods.
I heard some CBSA officers are unwilling to stamp on the form, just said not necessary. In that case, is that I can't do the clearnance at CBSA office in downtown? How can I ask them to stamp if they said not necessary?
