屋企無左2/3收入

因為老公比人炒左，係這個月的事，本來重想住同個女報暑期班的事，而家成日都好唔開心，因為老公份人工高，雖然有得補，不過都係頂得一年左右，老公已經好比心機去找工，不過市場真係唔係咁好景，我好擔心呀，最差係要賣樓，但賣左又搬去邊呢?而且又係責資產…
真係好好好擔心…

my husband also was laid off since Jan and not able to find a job. I am also very worry, as i understand it is not easy for him to find a job. i dont know what to do. :-(

How to 節流? Let me share some experience to you all...

[1.] List all expense of your family.
eg. Electricity, Water, Telephone, Gas, Managment Fee, Maid salary, Insurance Fee, School Fee, extra curritives fee, Credit Card payment, etc.
[2.] List all savings on hand.
eg. Bank Savings, Funds, Equity, Safety box, Cash on hand, etc.
[3.] List all Debts on hand.
eg. Mortage(house loan), personal loan, credit card payment, etc.
[4.] Make a Balance Sheet using above information.

According to that balance sheet, you will know your finance situation.

Okey, how to cut down the cost of living....

1. Telephone
>>> Change to other suppliers rather than PCCW, so you can save ~30 per month.
2. Internet Charge
>>> Stop the internet service. You can go to Library, MTR station(some), Cafe to check email or browsing. So, you can save ~100-200 per month.
3. Mobile Phone
>>> Change to minimum package. So you can save ~ 50-100 per month.
4. Electricity
>>> Open Window, using Fan, instead of Air-Condition.
5. Television
>>> Stop Cable TV, paid TV.
6. Marketing
>>> Goto market lately so you can buy cheaper things. Compare price before buy in difference stores and supermarkets.

Hope it can help you at this moment.

My husband was unempolyed about half a year. I know he is very hard to find a job but actually it is not a easy way at this stage. We have argued so many times but I understand this is not a solution.

Now, he wants to buy a van and join the "line" but we don't know whether the income can cover the cost ? Any one can have experience or comment ??

I face the same problem, my husband was laid off two months ago and the burden given to me. We have to pay the mort age for the flat for 9.5K per month. This impossible for me to afford. We just extend the year to 18 longer and me paid 4600

我計過我地每月開支要5萬幾，我一個人只有萬幾二萬，完全唔夠應付開支，這個月都係靠公司補的支持，所以我話我老公補的最多只夠應付一年，因為開支真係好大，我而家供樓要供2萬左右，無可能搬，唔知點好，有時會失眠，不過我知老公都唔好受，因為他在這間公司15年了，想不到是這樣的回報。有時見到老公唔開心，我都唔識安慰。

Wow,,,,,每月開支要5萬幾???!!! Your husband had a HIGH salary good job before. But anyway, you should face it and do not worry too much. Try to cut down some expenses.
Did you ask the bank to rearrange the mortage for you? Try it. Maybe it can help.

我都一樣呀! 一家四口的生活都是依賴個老公, 每個月仲要還錢俾銀行, D數已經轉到冇得再轉, 其實每日我都很擔心, 兩個小朋友又要讀書交學費, 自己唔開心又唔想影響到他們, 好多時我谷到想大喊出來, 但竟然擔憂到喊唔出眼淚, 我真不知前面條路可以點行, 每天睇住老公咁辛苦回家但又幫唔到佢, 好辛苦, 唯有祈求上天可唔可以俾個機會我讓我倆個小朋友可以有一個安穩的生活吧!

我老公之前真係好高人工，所以而家真係好緊，而家唔知重有無人請，或者太低唔知做唔做好，我老公都唔細啦，45歲，之前做開經理．算係公司的高層，想不到也會有這一日，而且炒的不只我老公一人，另外亦有3位經理比人開刀，只不過係分開一個月炒一個，等人無咁覺，不過我老公之前都有少少覺得唔對路，不過公司一早想炒你，也沒有辦法啦。之前老公做得好辛苦，希望做d成績可以有轉機，想不到原來大公司一早已經想換過哂d人，而家請果d全部係鬼。唉。

我真係擔心到唔知點好，暫時有好多開支都唔cut得，例如保險、個女d學費、供樓、供車、兩家人的家用…因為我同我老公屋企都係只有我們份工好ｄ，所以供養父母都係我地，我同老公ｄ兄弟姐妹個個都有頭家要顧，比唔到錢父母，唯有我地比，雖然而家老公無野做，都係要比，最多比少ｄ，唔通要我奶奶無得食呀，所以我好擔心。

唔好太擔心啦, 小心情緒既問題呀.....有時太多野煩, 真係好容易精神衰弱架.....縮減開支方面, 可唔可以唔養車呀? 另外可唔可以同其他兄弟姊姊商量下,
話暫時唔比/比小d 家用呀??
其實而家香港好多家庭都面對類似既問題, 好似我地呢d 負資產一族,
個個月真金白銀供層貴樓, d rate 又苛刻到不得了......真係好慘架!!! :-x

所以, 真係唔好氣餒呀, 其實好多人都同你一起捱緊架..

Let me share my opinion....
[1] 保險: Discuss with your agent, let see any reduction can be done in this moment. I know they have some solution to help people who have similar situation you have. Try it out.
[2] 個女d學費: If you think your finiancial problem can be solved in short term, leave it. Otherwise, try to find a Government School or talk to her principal. I do not think they won't give a hand on this situation.
[3] 供樓: Same, discuss with your mortage bank, they will rearrange a new package for you. eg. extend the year or reduct the amount of monthly payment. Don't hesitate to ask for help.
[4] 供車: I think the car is not for business usage, right. Sell it then. In Hong Kong, it's very convienance to take public transportation. Once you sold the car, you can save the 供車$$ and parking fee, oil expense, licence fee, etc.
[5] 兩家人的家用: Your economic environment is changed. Open your heart to talk with both of your brothers and sisters. Ask them to take a part of responsibilities.

DON'T GIVE UP.
