Breast feed is a very natural thing. Like all the other mom mentioned, you need to have the baby to start the sucking motion. While your baby is doing it, watch what your baby is doing. By doing this, the vision of your baby will go to your brain and your brain will give order to the body and your breast will produce milk for your baby. I don't believe it at the begining, and the nurse asked me to try. And it works! If not, it was very hard for me as well, try massage your breast with hot towel. It just come out at once, like magic.
