賽尼可減肥得唔得?

前幾天睇完醫生,比左隻賽尼可我食.食左三日就痾左好多油出黎.但係上磅,竟然一磅都冇輕到.有冇人試過,得唔得架?

我認為得, 但實在太煩麻了, 一個不經意放果屁, 就會流油, 而且好難洗, 氣味也難受, 但我朋友成功減去十多磅.

我都試過, 開頭要帶住衛生巾, 因為唔放屁, d 油都會漫漫走出哩, 但是乎前一晚食過d乜, hot pot 就慘啦. 不過有d doctor 收得好貴, 我有個fds 睇咗成千蚊, 都係俾十幾二十粒藥佢, 哩隻藥一定要doctor 開先買到, 所以藥房無得買, 不過我買過380-400蚊盒

係得架,我阿哥都係食佢呢,仲要係政府醫生開醫生紙俾佢自己去配!!我阿哥由350磅,半年就減到得300磅,仲要係勁明顯個肚腩細左勁多!!

咁妳亞哥點對付漏油?油污可以點清除?因為都幾難洗得到.重想問要漏幾耐先至冇?如果半年可以減50磅;真係漏油都值得喎.

i tried this product three years ago after gave birth my daugther .. i losted near 20 lbs totally...

now i try again after gave birth my son .. it's work.. i like it.. and now after i box,, i try the diet menu together (12 days lost 10 lbs menu)... i losted 1 lkg for first day... today is second day..

Xenical is OK, 但要同飲食及運動夾功才work,
Xenical 是阻止及排出過多的油份, 為了減少排油,免食肥膩的食物, 改善飲食習慣, 一來減少脂肪的吸收及積聚長, 再加上運動, 消耗脂肪,雙管齊下, 才會見效,

我食了9個月減了35磅, 但一定要做運動.

Dear lauerica,

The name of the pharmacy is "Ki Cheong", the one which is near "Chung Shun Drugstore". But the price quoted by Chung Shun is a little bit higher ($300).

As this is the first time i take this medicine, i'm afraid i can't give u valuable advice.

According to the advise by the staff of Xenical, it's better to take 3 pills everyday (one for each meal, so, one box for 14 days approximately). Once you take the medicine, you're see the oil when you go to toilet ("Dai Bin").

For me, up to this moment, I haven't had the experience of oil leakage (I take the medicine for two days only) and my situation is not so terrible as prescribed by other members. I think it depends what sort of food you ate before.
