Be honest, the quality of 九記牛腩 has been dropped at least 20%-30%!!! But they are still good, even though it is just 70-80% good as before!!! Yes, in these days, sometimes their 牛腩很韌. It was not that before!!!!
They have earned so much money and they don't really care much.
They are family business, they don't care about customer services and don't mind to lose customers!!!
For those we have only tried 九記牛腩 once, but so happens at that time the quality of beef is poor (D牛腩很韌), sorry you are unlucky. If you are lucky enough to tried their up to standard quality beef, you will say that they have the best beef noodle in the world!!
Don't try curry beef noodle (得個辣字), try their normal one (with "E" noodle).
