我一路都有用米水開奶比個仔飲,佢又鐘意食麵包,早餐我通常都比6-8 oz milk + 1/4至半個bread佢,half/ full bowl of rice + 6 oz milk for lunch & night time, and 1/4 or half bread at tea time ,見佢d磅數一路都有增長,he is nearly 23 mth old, he has more than 30 lbs
and I will give him 開奶茶 sometimes
he loves to drink water very much and I think it is important too becoz water will make his digestive system running good so that would help him to be more absorbable
後來有同事話聽健康院d姑娘講飲奶固然重要,不過要食多d殿粉質嘅食物至會長肉,各位不妨一試
