IaMMoYY is right. You'd better ask the optometrist in the optical store. But anyway, see whether I'm able to answer your questions. I've been wearing contact lens for >10 yrs. I'm also wearing 2-week lens now.
- I remembered my optometrist teaching me to rub each side of a lens for about 20 times in the solution. Then rinse the lens in a stream of solution for a few seconds.
- I'll wash my container every time after I take out the lens and before I store the lens with clean water. My optometrist said we should air dry the container, but I find "air dry" is quite time- consuming, so I designate a piece of clean towel to dry the container. I read some research saying that the container is the most dangerous place where bacteria can incubate. They recommend changing new container for every a few months (I forgot how many).
- If you're using Acuvue lens, the lens got a "123" mark on it. The lens is in the correct side when you see "123". It's turned up side down when you see the "123" is up side down. Easy.
- I'll never do this 'cos the lens will easily dry up if you don't have solution and a container to store it.
- No wor! I like wearing con very much! They're very clear and super comfortable!!
