This aftertoon they called me and ask me to renew the contract. Now I pay the fee of $80. (3G) But after I renew the contract, the fee will be $96. If I don't renew, later they may increase the fee to $106 and I cannot go back to the plan of $96. Should I renew the contract? Or are there any good suggestions?
I just think of looking for a new service provider as the attitude of the staff was rather poor while I diiscussed the issue with her. She just threatened me that fees will increase very quickly to $106 and it will be better for you to renew the contract.
Also my daughter also use Smartone for the same plan and I use my personal data to registser. However, her contract has been expired but I don't receive any reminder/ call me about this. After the contract has been expired, she just got a SMS, saying that the fee has been raised to $96.
