I interviewed local bun bun yesterday, few of them told me their existing employer allow them to sleep at 8.00 pm and wake up at 6.00 am, one said needs to handle bb, the other said no need....

係咪早睡早起身體好呀???

禁快講條件,第一唔慌勤力,第二唔會珍惜份工,做野一定斤斤計較

Hi, jumay

This time is every family is the Golden time. normally is dinner time or gather with the children time, why their ex employer can allow them sleep early, especially the second one no need take care baby that one. Totally sleep for 10
hours woh, I also want la. Although need take care baby, I think no need take the rest so early.

You tell them my family cannot sleep at 8:00 and has the home rules for different family.

no definated rest time for her but she wakes up at 7:15am daily.

I have a 1.5 yrs girl, I would fully take care and play with her after work and my maid would help me if i called her.

My girl mostly go to bed at 9:00pm, then, she'll rest at 9.

sometimes she'll go to bed lately like 10/11pm, my maid will rest at 10/11pm, i didnt ask her to do so, i mean waiting us to sleep.

She would rest in her room and do her own things, she will come and help me if she heard i need sth (like my girl is willing to pi-pi b4 sleep) until i said the word 'good night' to her.

p.s. my girl sleep with us, my maid is fully rest during bedtime because she needs to take care my girl during daytime, we dont want her looks so tired to take care of my girl.

but we needs to take care my girl in night time and go to work in daytime!!

They told you this because she wanted to tell you this is the time she wants to go to bed.

If she said something like this, you can see how "hardworking" she is la. Forget it la, I won't hire her at all.

8？我自開始食dinner咋！我工人成11點先瞓，早上6點半就起身了。

聽你地咁講我工人都幾嘆, 因為佢9點前就可返自己房休息 (佢6點起身), 我同老公基本上都係準時收工, 我地7pm食dinner, 佢晚上only洗碗, 抹kitchen, 拖地, 掉垃圾就可以休息.

阿仔晚上係我地自己睇返的.

一切家務, 工人於日間阿仔返學時已做妥, 所以夜晚無咩做.

我工人7點起身, 夜晚7點半食晚飯, 工人洗碗, 抹廚房, 掉垃圾, 沖涼都攪到9點半10點, 之後入房休息等10點半細b食奶佢就可以瞓

神未曾應許天色常藍;但衪曾應許生活有力!

我老公有好多鬼佬朋友都係甘, 8:00p.m.就比工人休息,8:00後唔需要handle bb, 唔需要煮飯, 洗野

, 在我家見我工人10:00至休息, 話我老公唔人道

,做死人......

因為外國(如canada)有立例工人的工時, 好似最少有12hrs休息時間.

所以佢哋好鍾意去canada打工, 人工高, 休息多 + 做幾年就可以成家移民過去.

咁你應該問佢點解唔係舊僱主到做? 你同佢講你舊果幾個工人晚晚1點訓, 第2朝6點要起身囉.

人地既house rule 係點唔代表你要跟, 我好相信香港大部份既工人無10點都唔使旨意訓覺. 佢地咁錫身可以唔嚟hk做架, 我比我工人9-9:30pm休息, 因我地都早訓既, 但星期六就多數11-12:00pm左右先有得訓, 因我地會去街. 我工人最初嚟都同我講佢係hk既朋友晚上9:00pm 就可以訓, 我問佢咁又點呀? 你朋友係hk果個家庭做左10幾年, 已經唔使照顧小朋友, 佢梗係可以啦, 咁你又可唔可以係一個家庭做10幾年呀? 跟住佢就唔敢再出聲.

the problem of Local Maid

This is the problem of Local Maid with new maid.
They requested more and more perfect bnut not reasonable.
Even though HongKongee can not come back to home 8:00pm and haven't a dinner.
(I don't believe they'll not take a rest in the afternoon).
My doctor friends, he is more work until midnight have a dinner at home

When the rain is over, the sky clears up take one's course 順其發展;聽其自然

我個印姐平時都差唔多9;30就訓, 因為佢都搞好晒d野洗野, 掉垃圾同我個洗好面甘佢先去訓.

如個星期六日甘有佢都幾晏先訓, 好似11/12點到啦.

i am pretty much like foggyao, my daughter sleep in the same room with me, the helper go to her room between 9:00-9:30pm.

i have not seen any maid can go to room around 8:00pm. i won't consider this maid if she used to have rest between 8:00pm-6:00am, that means she may not willing to work at night.

When I interviewed her, I told her that my maid has to sleep at around 11.00 pm becos we start to have dinner at 8.30 pm, then my exisitng maid needs to clean, laundry + washing bottles, she doenst need to take care of my bb (around 4 months) when I am around, but she has to sleep at around 11.00 pm, so I told her if you can finish faster, you can sleep earlier, she said she can accept but after a while, she said she wont accept my offer so I have to waste time to interview more....and the last word she gave me was "I think you need to interview more"....

我同你好似, 所以我工人都係好早訓架~
不過如果有人黎食飯, or 我同老公要出去應酬, 佢會做晒d 野 or 睇住我個女, 等我地返先訓~

Typical bun bun.... so caculative and she told me she quitted her existing job becos she wants her sister to work here, so her previous employer hires her sister and she thinks she has exp so easier to get a job.... and she said her existing employers - only 4 prs and they dont have to work so they start dinner at around 6.30 so she can finish at 8 lor.....when I asked her for reference she said they are not in HK
