因為時間緊迫, 我想問一下去完賓姐去完領事館攪完合約, 跟住理應去入境處, 但係入境處係咪每日都有限籌攪續約?

請問如果想同一日去完領事館取合約再去入境處做visa, 駛唔駛去入境處取籌先呢? 定係去完領事館先去入境處都仲有籌呢??

有bk 媽咪話可以上網預約 (www.gov.hk--> 入境事務--> 為非永久性居民提供的服務 --->延長逗留期限) 係咪預約咗就可以去該中心續約呢?? 定係一定要去灣仔外籍家庭傭工組先可以做續約呢??

好多問題... 唔該各位幫忙解答一下... 因為immd 個電話打爛電話都未打得通... 網上又無講得咁仔細.... 謝謝!!

等領事館核實contract後，再去入境處辦visa。如果你知道大約幾時可以攞番份contract，就上網book時間做visa，即日可完成。

我賓賓今天預約到火炭入境處做visa，即簽兩年，唔駛一個鐘就攪掂哂！

I want to clarify the step for pre-mature termination and advanced renewal contract. Does the maid need to go to immigration getting form 522 for the pre-mature temination? or Just go direct to consulate with old and new contract and Imm form 1607?
Pls help.

You just need the document list in the guidelines SF/IM/1606(E) http://www.immd.gov.hk/chtml/SFIM1606E.htm
and the termination notification to the director of immigration, one copy from employer and one from helper (ID407e) http://www.immd.gov.hk/chtml/id407e.htm and give
to the immigration officer. My helper has finished the process today.
