buy potato
wash and peel
cut in halve
bring a pan of water to boil
some salt and oil in the water
put the potato in the water to boil until soft
drain out the water
put a lump of butter and some milk in
mesh with a fork or mesher
ready to serve
you could bake the meshed potato in the ovn or grill for different variaty too.
