Responsibilities
· documenting functionalrequirements
· identifying the client organization’sneeds
· drawing up plans for a modifiedor replacement IT system
·carrying out feasibilitystudies of proposals and making recommendations
·working closely withprogrammers and software developers to build the system
·overseeing installation andtesting
·providing staff training andinstruction manuals for the new or upgraded system
Job Requirements:
· 5 years working experiences onsoftware development related to ERP/HRM systems
· Degree holder of computerscience/studies, information management systems, business information
systems,maths / operational research
· a broad knowledge of hardware,software and programming
· a creative approach to problem-solving
· the ability to gather andinterpret information
· excellent communication andpresentation skills
· the ability to explaintechnical ideas clearly
· good team working skills
· the ability to work underpressure and to deadlines
· project management skills anappreciation of wider business demands
· a willingness to keep up todate with developments in technology
· Experience on implementation ofopen source ERP system is an advantage
Salary : 20,000 and up
