If you want more professional, try Nanyang arts academy in Benecoolen (near Bugis). It is more pro and popular.
How to go to the UE square ? Is it a shopping centre ?
I know NAFA they said the applicants is over 1,500 in 2009. If we apply it will be need to wait for 2010.

UE Shopping Mall is located on 81 Clemenceau Ave, just right off River Valley Road around no. 205. It is near Clake Quay area. Do you have street directory map. I suggest you buy one as you are new to S"pore.
