Followings are some requirements:
1) must have experience in taking care of baby and kid
2) must have experience in some other country [not just Phillipine, Hong Kong is fine]
3) must know how to do house-work well
4) not too old, maximum 34 years of age
5) good in English
6) great smile
7) pleasant, and has patient
