THere are 2 Toyoko Inn in 品川, one at 品川站港南口天王洲 and another one at 品川站高輪口. I stayed in both before. Both are convenient to 羽田.
I like 天王洲 more as the room is spacious and it is very convenient to Disneyland and 台場 and 羽田.
品川站港南口天王洲
-4-5 mins walk from monorail and 臨海線 station (2 separate stations)
- 10 mins by monorail to 羽田 (direct)
- 臨海線, 1 station to 台場, 1 station to Shinagawa Seaside Aeon, directly connected to JR埼京線，在「澀谷」、「新宿」、「池袋」不需換車 (just like JR) http://www.twr.co.jp/chtw/tabid/262/Default.aspx
-20 mins to Tokyo Disneyland
-shuttle bus before 6:00-10:30am and 3 pm-0:45am (next day) to/from JR
品川
-bigger room available (family twin A, twin B, deluxe twin). I really love their deluxe twin, so big and comfortable!

-opposite to JR 品川站
- only offer double beds (not twin beds),
-no interchange require for taking Shinkansen.
