我好想把最好的給我孖B, 請問可以怎樣分配時間去埋身餵呢?

Now I express the milk in every 3 hours. But, I think 埋身餵 is more convenient and having closer bonding with them. Can you share experience with me?

我對孖B係一個埋身食一邊泵, 咁泵咗出嚟就比另一個食, 下一歺就調轉囉....!
