如果想婉轉D可以咁寫,既可以指出文件已更新, 唔會擺明話自己入錯,又可以鄭重道歉:

An error was found in the previous document and it has been revised and updated in the attached file. I would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused.

中國人風格或許會喜歡，如寫俾外國人，佢地喜歡直接了當風格，

上面第一個回覆果種風格。

This is an old fashion or rather traditional way of writing I understand. In modern English some people even said that \"

lease\" and \"Kindly\" shouldn\'t being put together in the same sentence. I\'ve just got used to this writing since I was at school. You could omit either word if you like. Absolutely no harm for that.
