EB3係要以下資格：

Professionals with a baccalaureate degree;
•
Aliens capable of performing skilled labor (requiring at least 2
years of training or experience) for which qualified workers are
not available in the United States;
•
Aliens capable of performing unskilled labor for which qualified
workers are not available in the United States.

We applied as well with the agency, we submitted the application in January, just noticed the LC approved, now waiting for the original copy for apply green card.

We was planning to apply for EB-5 last year, it is an investment program, you'll need to invest USD50m-80m on a project for 5 yrs. Since then, we went to different agencies and attended couple of workshops. We found out later there is another program for moving to US, which is EB3 program. Agency will help you to apply a job in US, the employer will sponsor you/your family to go there, agency will help you to prepare all the document, agency fees is USD80,000, same as you apply for EB5, but the different is, this one will be faster and also more simple and direct. For EB5, the US Gov will need to check all your saving where they come from for investment. It will take longer time, also the money you invest into a project may not guarantee the return.
So end up we used this way. You may search on the website, there are a few immigration consultancy, they have EB3 program.
