Re: 知不知帝苑酒店的芒果buffet好吃嗎?
Month of mangos at Royal Garden
The Balcony restaurant at The Royal Garden hotel has a special treat in store this summer: throughout July and August the restaurant is featuring a mango-themed dessert buffet.
Almost 40 different mango flavoured desserts from the four corners of the world have been assembled by Chef Tony Wong in a mouth-watering medley of sweet temptations.
The dessert buffet, which is served only on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., costs just $138 for adults, $98 for children, plus ten per cent service charge.
When asked to name his favourite items from the mango dessert lineup, Chef Wong answered that it would have to be the molten & chocolate cake with mango filling or the Mont Blanc mango cake.
“But the mango and rose jelly American cheesecake and mango Pavlova with passion fruit sauce would probably come a pretty close second”, he added.
Furthermore, a Mango Cocktail is also available with additional $10 (Original $80).
The Balcony restaurant is located on the fourth floor of The Royal Garden. Overlooking the hotel’s atrium, it is the perfect place to relax with friends or the family.
