it is definately a diet meal, peronsally, i would not suggest you taking this, you should ask yourself,
what is your purpose of breastfeeding? for the sake of baby or ?? .
i think those diet cannot produce enough milk for baby, and the milk does not contain enough fat, protein.
for your figure and weight, don't worry, you just passed 3 months after delivery, you can return to the original weight and figure few months later, especially breastfeeding.
for me, my baby is 10 months, but i am thinner than before (before pregnant), even after 2.1/2 months of delivery , i can wear all the old pants.

如果你減肥減得唔對,身體會好容易有毒素which is not good for the breastfeed baby. 我係頭6個月體重冇好大的跌幅,但之後就開始少少少少的跌啦,我個囝現在15個月我個體重就差不多回覆未生之前。我覺得你可以在每餐食7成飽(正常飯餐 not diet餐)+做運動會有帮助。如果你真係好想減肥,那麼你就全心全意去減吧,但就唔好餵人奶,免得對小朋友身體有影響!如果你又堅持餵人奶又堅持減肥,sorry我就真係覺得你寫個heading咁啦!
