I renewed my maid as she is a smart Phil maid and teach my son lots of things. She took care of my son from 1-3 more. When I renew the contract, she changed. (may be she have changed but we don't observe).
The reason to fire her as we found her sex photo which was 4 months time of the new contract.
After she gone, we know she borrowed money. and I believe she have a boy friend even she married and have a daughter.
The other things is that I also need to employ another maid as the new maid is extremely stipud...
I feel very sad as the renew contract or employ a new maid also need to depends the luck of employee.
Just wish all mums have luck to employ a good helper
You never know what she is doing with your baby at home, when you are working. So if she is dishonest, you may be in trouble.
My maid also changed after we signed the 2nd contract. I think the reasons are: she is smart and efficient, and we are getting very close. She starts to talk to me like my sister, and use my things without asking. I have to use some time to set up rules with her again. But the main reason that I decide to put up with her is , I still believe that I can trust her.
