i think cereal has more nutriation than Congee, unless you have put a lot of different food into the congee, especially when we cook with white rice,
the nutriation has been lost during the process of making into white rice.
you can add fish, chicken, veggi, carrot, ... into your cereal, it is very good..
Dont worry! My bb started to eat congee when she is 13mths. She dont like congee and i cant find the reason. Doctor said that what things bb likes to eat is the best food for her.
