How long this girl working with you ? I think must be within first year and you must be the FIRST time to employ a maid !! If I am right, please bring your girl back to the agent and ask the advice and sure the agent can be the witness !!!!
I read a message in BK , a lady teach us the maid MUST write a letter to you that if she didn't return on the promise date then you will show this letter to the immigrate dept to terminate the contract WITHOUT paying money !!!!! Actually I don't believe her story !!!
Yes I am the first time to employ, she work around over 1 year. I have called the agent immediately yesterday. She said may be not a lie. Of course, I must let her go and suppose she will not back. I live with my mother-in-law. I only afraid she borrow much money, how can I do for the air-ticket and salary. And may be need her to sign the letter. Is there anything else need to be care?
