其實我係用左1隻凍熱減肥蹦帶,,
瑪花都係用呢隻..
我用左8條就瘦左咁多,.我都好出奇..
1條蹦帶有2米長.
我用黎收肚腩多囉.1條都用到2-3次.
我係包2層嫁,
用既方法又好簡單.用緊個陣又可以做返自己野.
哈哈.例如睇下 ...

唔該晒妳 昨天晚上一路看電視一路和細仔一起用熱減肥蹦帶,我可以30分鐘取走 ,但細仔就 15分鐘左右已經叫好"慶"要快快拿走 我感覺ok 真係唔該妳幫我買 ...
