Hyatt in Macau - 5 in a room

I am planning a family trip with 3 children (age 5 to 8)to Macau. Yaumatei travel offers Hyatt 1 night + 2 tickets for HK$1,200 (weekdays). Hyatt website says max. 1 child per room. Should I book an extra room or just let the children sleep with us? Does anyone know the rates for the 2nd room and extra nights? Thanks!

You can check with yaumatei travel for the room rate of extra room. They do have the "Room only" rate.
For me, I will not book the other room for kids. But the room at Hyatt is very small. As I know, the room size for New Century is much much bigger, it's enough for 5 of you.
Of course, you no need to tell anyone that you are 5 in a room.

I just come back from Hyatt Yesterday. We got 4 people, two adult and two kids (4 & 7). No one care how much people in each room when using the hotel's factilities. But I think you need additional bed if you are five people.

Thanks Carson_mum. I checked with Hyatt today and they said because of fire regulations, max. 2 children per room. I am worried that a family of 5 is too easily spotted by the hotel staff (especially with noisy children). My children don't want to stay in separate room. I guess I will have to book a suite (HK$800 extra) or let them all squeeze in one room.

BTW is New Century child friendly - swimming pool/water fun pool, etc.?

Why don't you try Mandarin Oriental Hotel? As they have package for family, 1st room at $999 and 2nd room at $299. You can request for inter-connecting rooms, i.e. a door inside the rooms will be opened. The swimming pool at the resort are really nice and have slide. U can find more details for previou topic in BK about Mardarin Oriental Hotel.
