無時間可考慮一些環球基金, 風險較低.

For 2-3 years investment, buying Unit Trust Funds may have high cost, as normally there are 5% intial sales charges, 1%management fee, 0.5% maintainace charge & sometimes 1% servicing fee...totally 7.5% for the first year and 2.5% onwards.

However, who knows the market situation/the Fund price can increase 10% or more to cover the cost. And even the price increased 10%, it is only equal to your initial investment amount.

So, it is better to look for other investment for 2-3 years.

good point..........my previous experience that is
the same as above........( cost is too high)

thus, i never buy the fund again.........

謝謝你的提供, 其實我都係想儲起d$$俾個囡大個讀書用. 但係放嚮銀行就會扁值. 我個囡已經有兩份保險. 唔想再買. 所以諗買基金. 但想彈性o的 (今日唔知聽日事), 梆太長時間驚到時有咩變化, 但係想回報好d. 所以心大心細.

如果你只係投資2-3年,呢d係短線投資,唔可以唔睇住個市架!
如果你係投資10年以上,你就可以唔成日睇啦!
好穩健的投資在2-3年間一定唔會有好既回報,玩下手你蝕下d手續費,都賺唔到幾多.....

Many Fund house nowadays rebate the 5% sales charge to the agent...ie.., effectively no charge or only 1% charge by the fund house.

so how much you actually paid is merely a negotiation between you and your agent (Like bank, brokerage house, IFA...etc)...

我都想plan長d, 但今日唔知聽日事, plan咁長我驚有變化. 我想用最短既時間放最大(能力)既資金去幫我個小朋友留一筆錢. 咁將來有咩"依旭", 個小朋友都唔駛咁淒涼呀.

If you have a lump sum, you can buy stable or high dividend stock such as HSBC, 中電, 盈富基金 for 2-3 years.

You can also make monthly saving plan for these stocks through broker house (However, some of them may be 碎股 which has lower price than normal).

You can try to collect more information from other Mommies again. :-P
