I've tried 潮樓 on Saturday lunch, the decoration was nice and of course the view was great. They have Canton Dim Sum, some Chau Chow Dim Sum and Chau Chow cold dishes. The mixed cold dishes ($60) looks small but actully there are many things inside. Taste of Dim Sum is average.
Four of us had Dim Sum, the mixed cold dishes and deserts only costed $250 (無收茶芥及免收加一). I think we have to pay more than $300 in other Dim Sum Restaurants with same food. So the price was good.
I booked the seats next to window (11:00a.m.) 5 days earlier. But I heard that there is more restriction on Sunday.
This one and 火間土 should be the two most economic restaurant at 1 Peking Road, if you have not been 1 Peking Road, you can try these two.
