The chief compliance officer (CCO) of a company is the officer primarily responsible for overseeing and managing compliance issues within an organization. Beware of those office with residential address. Last time, about 4 years ago, I rent out my flat to a couple. They gave their office name and telephone number to me. After conduct company search, I found that the office was with residential address. It was a shelf-company only.
Finally, this couple only paid me the 2 month deposit and 1 month rent but nothing more. They lived in my flat for 8 months and left.
So, beware of those office with residential address.
