i hire a helper from agency, visa is approved.
but not yet come

now, my husband is no job, i have financial problem

may i know that if i terminate the contract now, how much money that i need to pay or just inform the agency.

or

just let her come, after working one month, give her a month notice ask her to find another employer

what can i do
