i only live by myself
properly 400 sq ft is enough for me

i checked the GoHome.com
i find some under $200man already
is it true?
i am not sure as i havn't checked on site yet

Ummm....there is possibility but I believe the condition inside may not be that ideal, you may need to do some remodelling of yourself lor...

actually i love 樂榮閣 (on Fung Fai Terrace)
it's kind of quiet there
i remember it was under $2M 2 years ago
i really hope that the price could drop down soon
& i love to do renovation too, it doesn't matter

Orrr...Fung Fai Terrace, quite up on the hill, it's quiet ar ! We live on Yik Yam street, very close to the tram station. I suggest you wait until after Chinese New Year as I believe the $$ will drop more after that time ! After moving to HV, I really love this area and the neighbourhood, although it's not as quiet as I though, it's very convenient and people there are more decent !
