Yes, I heard that from the doctor who took chicken pox injection to my son last month. But he said the 1.5 yrs vaccination contains HIB. I did not take the 1st and 2nd injections in private doctor before. Is it o.k. to take the 3rd one in there? Then, the HIB may not be effective for only one injection at 1.5 yrs old.?
HIB needs to take four dosage. You'd better ask your doctor the schedule.
My daughter took the vaccination from public clinic but HIB and chicken pox at private clinic as the 3 in 1 does not cover HIB. Private clinci uses 5 in 1 so it includes HIB. You can take it separately in private clinic. 5 in 1 is too expensive.
My daughter has fever too after 1.5 years vaccination but it's not high and lasted for 1 days only. OK la. Don't worry!
