Questions on Firing Maid (immediately w/o notice to her)
If I want to fire her:
1) should I ask her to leave my home immediately, even though it might be at night time?
2) where will she go then?
3) Can I buy her an air ticket leaving HK the same day or the next day at most, is it legal to do so?

1) Yes you should ask her to leave your home
2) how long has she been working in HK, if more than 2 years, she should know some boarding house for stay. If she is a new comer, it's better for you to send her back to agency.
3) She has the right to stay in HK for 14 days after your termination effective date.
