for general sickness, like cold + flu, it is
no problem to breastfeed your baby, as it
can give anti-body to your baby base on
this virus. But rememeber to tell your
doctor that you are breastfeeding, and they
will be more careful on giving you the correct
medicine.
if you are afraid you will transer the flu to
your baby, you can wear a mask when feeding him.
