I go to get back my maid's ID card, but the agent said he need to go out for lunch and cannot wait me for 15 mins.. i asked the agent to phone me and i go to the restaurant to take because i can only go there during lunch time , and only 15 mins.
He said that he place the maid's ID under carpet outside the door!!!! I think ID card is an important item, cannot be placed everywhere and should be given to me face-to-face. Finally, he just put the ID card at the secruity at the downstair of the buidling !!!
