long time no see u here la.
My sister lives in 卓 爾 居 and I think it's very good quality residence and convenient location.

Long time no see. I sent a personal message with my email address to you a long time ago but did not get your reply. Maybe you haven't got it?

In fact, I like 卓 爾 居, but my husband likes
南浪海灣. There is a splendid club house in 南浪海灣, but there is only one supermarket, one convenience store and a few restaurants. It's not so convenient. I don't know what to do.

I haven't visited to 南浪 club house, but I know that 實用面積 must be 卓 爾 居much better.
