If she is indo maid, some of the people will not let her off for 3 months. They just paid them back the money for work. Because most of the indo would like to save more money when they just arrived. They are willing to do that. You better discuss with her first.
If she is phil, you could said every 7 days will have 1 day off. Now is only 2 days, I would like to off you on the 7 Feb. you just inform her is okay.
