My friend said :
The shop manager, named YVONNE YEUNG was very rude. She refused to follow up on the refund. She was such a bitch that she would call the customer ' A bitch". Yvonne Yeung tried to push the customer out of the shop! (叫我朋友"泠")
This agency is the most lousy company that I have ever seen.
