我想問下大家呢... 而家我地同bb 去健康院仲可唔可以囉到診紙架?

Do you mean you've never visited the MCH centre but would like to go there for check-up now?

So long as your kid is below 6 and has not completed the check-up / taken vaccinations appropriate for his age, you can bring him there.

emm.. 我係想問... 我一路都有同bb 去健康院... 只係而家剛剛開始返番工... 我想問可唔可以囉到到趁紙當sick leave 咁請假嗟...

If you're the one to undergo the check-up, probably you can. But if it's only the bb who's undergoing the check-up / taking the vaccination, I don't think you can. Anyway, better check with your company / boss.
