ha, i think barbie doll is the favorite for all girls. otherwise, one of the characters in saniro is very popular - it's a while dog with long ears called "cinnamoroll" . chinese name is "yuk kwai" dog.
I don't think Barbie doll is a good choice 'cos most girls have lots already, unless you buy the accessories like cars, Barbie house. My 5-year girl had 5 Barbie dolls, all are Birthday presents! I think educational game is a good choice. You can find plenty of games in ToysRus or Stepping Stone. Otherwise, a cute handbag is also girls' favourite.
