If possible, you can go to Wales to consult privately. Professor Yeung Chung Kwong in Wales is one of the best surgeon (for child) in the world. He is the pioneer in this field, many foreign doctors came to HK and learnt from him. The cost is similar to a private hospital but the pain to the child is much less.
