My maid insists she need me to buy ticket for this destination airport, but she told me that this airport is not direct flight to her home.....(actually there's a direct flight to her home) I wonder why she insist to go this way and it costs me to pay $300 for travel allowance.
do i legally need to pay her $300-500 travel allowance or do i pay her $100 as usual since she choose a more indirect way to go home and the extra fee should not charge on me?

我認為你覺得佢做得好既可以比埋果程內陸機票,如果唔係就比$100車費都得既,但我工人講話內陸機大約印尼盾300到咋喎,$100應該得啦~

my maid told me she need to spend HKD300-HKD500 for 內陸機, nearly got cheated!! how come they never tell the truth?? every word they said is a lie!! I wont pay extra for the unnecessary fare.

如果做得好,比多一千幾百佢真係冇所謂,但係老馮既就noway啦,我工人唔係100分,70分都冇,但教佢多左,佢冇咁計較,今次買機票放假(佢屋企係要響泗水搭5個鐘車),都係叫我買泗水機票,冇叫我買埋內陸機或者其他,到步後自己安排,而佢當初都想搭內陸機,問過佢老公,佢老公話佢知個價錢既......
所以跟勞工法例就得喇......飛機+車費

you are right! we as employer , if we are lucky enough to get a good maid to take good care of our children, I'm sure 99% of us wouldnt mind to pay more as bonus or reward! becoz they need money, we need a good maid!
as said by many people, getting a good maid is far more difficult than winning a lottery!
