If I were you in particular for broken things being put back, I would say it was her who take care of the whole house and no others, then it should be her for damaged things. I would also take photos of the broken things and ask her to sign and if she refused to sign, serve her warning letter. Commit wrong and did not report or admit when found is a breach of her duties. Also, she is dishonest.
my miad was caught by me since she stole my money and i found the money in her pocket.. she also said I dont know... Indonesian jus tlike this.. ithink there must be someone to teach them int he street.... u have to be careful on your own.
