How about the size of the room?which one is bigger? I am still thinking whether I need to book a triple room or twin room.

I recommand sunroute plaza in Shinjuku, JR 南口行5分鐘到達, 好方便,07年新建成, 我08年2A2C住twins room 都好闊落, 有機場巴士到達。I will chose this holet again if I go to tokyo next time.
