Big problem after the 4 holidays. I went out for nearly whole days with the elder one and did not bring the baby out. I did not pump out at the first day but did one time at the 2nd day. I found out that my supply suddenly dropped significantly and seems that it is not enough to feed the baby now. Help~

比bb 埋身啜返多d 啦, 啜完之後再用bump 清哂入面個d 啦, 就算咩都bump 唔到都繼續bump 刺激下大腦等佢做返多d 奶啦, 仲有多飲水, 多休息, 放鬆心情, 食多d 蛋白質野, 希望你既奶量快d 回復水平啦~加油~
btw 我個女女都係叫hazel 呀, 仲有幾日一歲喇~

Actually my little one is just 1.5Months. And I have a 5 year old daughter. It is very difficult not to go out with the elder one during her holiday. Seems not fair to her.

Did all of u bring the little one together when going out?
