If she never had flu shot before, she'll need to take 2 shots in total (1 month apart). However, if she already had it last year or before, only 1 shot is needed.
You might want to talk to your doctor first if your bb has severe allergic reaction to egg. Also, you might want to delay taking the flu shot if your bb is sick with high fever.
